Return & Refund Policy

Warranty:  All products sold on our website come with a Manufacturer’s warranty.  Five Alarm Security will honor that warranty in accordance with the Manufacturer’s warranty policy.

 

For items that are returned, you, the customer, agree to be responsible for the return cost of shipping them to our office.  Five Alarm Security does not refund the cost of shipping or handling.  Any returned items must be returned in the original packaging and in original, unused condition, and must be in resalable condition as determined by Five Alarm.  Items that are received in unsuitable condition will not be refunded, and the customer will be notified of their unsuitability, at which time the customer will be given the option of either having the item(s) re-shipped to them, or approve of Five Alarm discarding them.

 

Batteries and transformers are non-returnable, unless they have arrived damaged.

If you wish to return or cancel an order placed online, please notify us promptly.  We make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot provide a refund until product has been returned and received at our office.

Products can be returned by FedEx, UPS, or USPS.  We do not accept COD returns.

 

If you are requesting an exchange, please notify us so that we can calculate the return shipping.  All return shipping costs are the responsibility of you, the customer.
