With that in mind, a Five Alarm Security monitored smoke alarm is monitored by our UL-listed monitoring center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even if your alarm system is not armed.

In the event of a fire, your system can contact our 24-hour Monitoring Center, which will then notify the appropriate fire authorities. Using our Safe Link two-way voice monitoring, our operator is able to remain connected with the premises, provide support to the victim and advise the authorities as to the location of individuals remaining in the home
